My goal throughout much of my career in mental health has been to be a support for individuals and to get the honor to walk with people in their journey to become the best versions of themselves.

I specialize in working with a variety of people ranging from children to adolescents and to adults and couples. I specialize in providing a therapeutic approach that incorporates DBT, CBT, IFS-informed, person-centered treatment, and solution-focused treatment. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, gender dysphoria, and domestic violence.
