Eric Fullen
Are you feeling stuck in your relationships, work, or personal life?
Do you tend to blame yourself when something goes wrong?
Well, I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone. We’ve all been there, and I know firsthand how hard and uncomfortable it can be to reach out for help, but that is your first step towards healing.
I believe that you possess what you need to heal but I also know it’s not as simple as willing yourself into it. There are parts of you waging war against your Self and each other.
That’s where I can come in.
Like it says above, my primary goal is to cultivate space for you—all of you. That includes the parts of you that you can’t stand (maybe even hate?), the parts that continue to show up in what feels like all the wrong ways, the parts that hold you back or cause you to doubt yourself time and time again, and the parts that won’t let go of the past.
I will be a companion with you on your journey, as well as a guide for you when the terrain is too treacherous or overwhelming to navigate.
I am experienced in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship problems, life transitions, and trauma. I tend to pull from Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy because of their nonjudgmental approach because, let’s be honest, we all experience enough judgement in our day and age—whether from ourselves, others, or society at large.
Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
