Services

No two people are the same. The clinicians at Thrive tailor their work to meet the specific needs of each client they see. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or another challenge, our clinicians offer a range of approaches to help you understand what you’re facing, build on your strengths, and move toward the changes you want to see.

Our clinicians offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Here is a list of therapeutic interventions our clinicians have been trained in:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR uses a series of bi-lateral movements and/or sounds to aid you in reprocessing difficult life events so you can live the life you want to live.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy examines your thoughts to see how past beliefs have been keeping you in the same life patterns. CBT helps you to challenge your thoughts and responses to those thoughts to help you get out of your “stuck” places.

Person Centered Therapy

In person centered therapy there is no agenda. Your therapist is present with you and provides a non-judgmental and compassionate space where you can work through the areas you struggle with. You will be treated with dignity and respect and offered support through your difficult life experiences.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems works with the view that the mind is made up of different subpersonalities each with its own unique viewpoint and qualities. With IFS you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and learn how to love yourself fully.

Mindfulness/Breathing Techniques/Yoga

These strategies will be used to help you become more connected to you body and teach you skills to calm and regulate your emotions. Often times talk therapy isn’t effective for everyone and your therapist strives to meet people where they are. These are powerful tools that deeply enhance wellbeing.
